Welcome to Edge Technology Solutions of NY LLC (“Edge I.T.”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, products, and services, including but not limited to edgeitech.com and hosting.edgeitech.com (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
2. Services Provided
a. Managed IT Services (edgeitech.com)
Edge Technology Solutions of NY LLC provides managed IT services, including but not limited to:
• Onsite and remote technical support
• Cloud computing
• Network security and infrastructure management
• Data backup and disaster recovery
• VoIP, managed print services, and security system installation
• IT consulting and training
b. Web Hosting Services (hosting.edgeitech.com)
Hosting services include:
• Shared, VPS, and dedicated web hosting
• Domain registration and DNS management
• Email hosting and SSL certificates
• Server and website management tools
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Services with or without notice.
3. Account Registration
To access certain Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
• Use the Services for any harmful, fraudulent, or illegal activity
• Host or distribute content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringes intellectual property rights
• Send spam, phishing attempts, or malware
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations.
5. Payment and Billing
a. IT Services
Fees are invoiced based on service agreements or monthly managed service plans. Payment is due within the terms specified in your contract.
b. Hosting Services
Hosting plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services. You may cancel your Services at any time. Certain fees may be non-refundable.
7. Data & Privacy
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. While we implement industry-standard protections, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your content, particularly for hosting services.
8. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edge Technology Solutions of NY LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Edge Technology Solutions of NY LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
